The North Face International Collection
The “International” collection focuses on two distinct American and Korean motifs, with a final offering referencing a variety of countries. The American-centric collection covers a Nuptse jacket, mules, scarf, a hat and NASA-themed T-shirt, all decked out in blue and white stars. The Korean selection takes inspiration from the Taegukgi, the Korean flag.
This capsule was designed for, and first worn by 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics athletes, before later being released to the public in limited quantities. A magazine was also produced and accompanied the apparel when distributed to the the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics athletes.
